These terms govern your use of technixauto.com (the "Website"), which is operated by TechNix Rubber LLP ("TechNix", "we", "us"). By using the Website you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use it.
1. About the Website
The Website is a product catalogue and business platform for the automotive aftermarket. It lets trade customers search our range, ask for prices, download catalogues and price lists, apply to become a partner, and, once approved, use the partner portal. TechNix supplies businesses through distributors, workshops, e-commerce partners, wholesalers, retailers and export customers. The Website is intended for business use.
2. Who may use it
You must be at least 18 and able to enter into a contract, and you must use the Website for lawful business purposes. If you act for a company, you confirm that you are authorised to bind it.
3. Partner accounts
- Applying does not guarantee an account. We may approve, refuse or end any account at our discretion.
- You must give accurate and complete information and keep it up to date.
- You are responsible for keeping your login details confidential and for everything done under your account. Tell us at once if you suspect misuse.
- Pricing, discounts and other terms shown in the portal are personal to your business and must not be shared with others.
- We may suspend or close an account that is misused, inactive, or in breach of these terms or of the commercial terms agreed with you.
4. Product information and prices
We work to keep the catalogue accurate, but descriptions, images, part numbers, OE and vehicle references, specifications, availability and prices may change without notice and may contain errors. The public price shown is the MRP (maximum retail price). Partner prices, discounts and taxes are shown after sign-in and are confirmed in your quotation or invoice. GST and other taxes apply as per law unless stated otherwise. Please also read our Product & Fitment Disclaimer.
5. Enquiries, quotations and orders
- An enquiry, an order request or an order sheet is a request, not a contract. A contract is formed only when TechNix confirms the order in writing, including by WhatsApp or email.
- Minimum order quantities may apply to some products.
- We may decline or limit any order, for example because of stock, pricing errors, credit, or doubts about the details supplied.
- Order status shown on the Website (such as Submitted, Quoted, Confirmed, Processing and Dispatched) is for your information and follows our actual progress.
- Where a customer is directed to a distributor, the sale is between the customer and that distributor on the distributor's terms, and TechNix is not a party to it.
6. Payment
This Website does not collect online payments. Payment terms, credit and the mode of payment are agreed directly with TechNix or with your distributor and are set out in the quotation or invoice. Ownership of goods stays with the seller until they are paid for in full, as far as the law allows. Information in the portal such as balances, ledgers and invoices is drawn from our accounting system. It may show the last saved copy when that system is not available, and our books of account prevail if there is any difference.
7. Intellectual property
TechNix, Subsway, Sedan and Superbond, the logos, the catalogue, product photographs, drawings, data and the content and design of the Website belong to the Superbond Group or its licensors and are protected by law. Catalogue data is also supplied to TecDoc. You may view the Website, and download and use our catalogues and price lists for your own normal trade with us. You must not copy, scrape, republish, resell or build a product from the Website or its data, or use our brands to suggest an association with us, without our written permission. Vehicle and manufacturer names and part references are used only to identify compatibility and do not imply any connection with those manufacturers.
8. Acceptable use
You must not misuse the Website. In particular, do not try to gain unauthorised access, disrupt or overload it, introduce malicious code, submit false or spam enquiries, bypass its security or rate limits, or use automated tools to extract data.
9. Availability
We try to keep the Website available but do not promise that it will be uninterrupted or error free. We may change, suspend or withdraw any part of it at any time, for example for maintenance.
10. Limitation of liability
The Website and its information are provided "as is". To the fullest extent the law allows, TechNix is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit, business or data arising from use of, or inability to use, the Website. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Website is limited to the value of the goods concerned in the order that gave rise to the claim. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law. Claims about goods we have supplied are handled under our Returns & Claims Policy.
11. Indemnity
You agree to compensate TechNix for loss arising from your breach of these terms or your misuse of the Website, to the extent the law allows.

13. Changes
We may change these terms by updating this page. The date at the top shows the latest version. Continued use of the Website after a change means you accept it.
14. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts at Mumbai, Maharashtra have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them or from the use of the Website, subject to any different arrangement in a separate written agreement between us.
