Shipping & Dispatch Policy

How orders are confirmed, packed, dispatched and delivered, and who bears freight and transit risk.

Last updated 14 October 2026

This policy explains how TechNix Rubber LLP confirms, dispatches and delivers trade orders. Exact terms for each order, such as freight and payment, are stated in your quotation or invoice, and they prevail over this general summary.

1. Where we deliver

We supply trade customers across India through our own dispatch and through our distributors. We also supply export customers. Export shipments are arranged individually, and the terms are agreed in the quotation. See our Global Export page.

2. From order to dispatch

  1. Request. You send an enquiry, an order request or an order sheet.
  2. Quotation. We confirm availability, price, taxes, freight and payment terms.
  3. Confirmation. The order is confirmed when you accept the quotation and any advance or credit terms are met.
  4. Processing. We pick, inspect and pack the goods.
  5. Dispatch. The goods leave TechNix and we share the transporter and lorry receipt (LR) or courier details.

Partners can follow the status of their orders in the portal.

3. Dispatch times

Items in stock are normally dispatched within 2 to 5 working days of confirmation. Larger orders, items that must be made or sourced, and orders waiting for payment may take longer, and we will tell you the expected date in the quotation. Dispatch dates are estimates. Delays caused by stock, transport, holidays, weather, strikes or other events beyond our control do not make us liable for loss.

4. Freight and delivery charges

Freight is confirmed for each order. Unless the quotation says otherwise, freight and any insurance are payable by the buyer. We choose a suitable transporter or courier unless you name a preferred one.

5. Packing

Goods are packed to protect them in normal transit, and cartons carry the TechNix part number and quantity. Special packing for export or unusual handling may be charged.

6. Documents

Each shipment goes with a GST tax invoice and a packing list, and with an e-way bill where the law requires it. Export shipments carry the documents agreed for that order.

7. Risk and delivery checks

Risk in the goods passes to the buyer when they are handed to the transporter or courier, unless we agree to deliver at our risk. Please check the cartons when they arrive. Note any damage, wet or opened packing, or shortage on the delivery receipt or LR, take photographs, and tell us within 48 hours. Claims are then handled under our Returns & Claims Policy.

8. Address and delivery problems

Please give a complete delivery address, a contact number, and your GSTIN where relevant. If delivery fails because the address or contact is wrong or incomplete, or the goods are refused, extra freight and handling charges may be added.
