This policy explains how TechNix Rubber LLP ("TechNix", "we", "us") handles personal information when you use technixauto.com. We are a business-to-business supplier, so most of the information we hold is about people at workshops, distributors, e-commerce sellers and other trade customers.
1. Who we are

2. Information we collect
We collect only what we need to respond to you and run the business. Depending on how you use the site, this can include:
- Enquiries and contact forms: your name, company, phone or WhatsApp number, email, city or state, and the message or product list you send.
- Catalogue and price list downloads: your name, phone number and email address. A short security question is used to stop spam.
- Partner applications: business name, partner type, contact person, phone, email, address, GSTIN and PAN, and the other business details you enter. The application is a step-by-step form, so we may keep the details you have typed in so far, even if you do not finish, so that our team can follow up.
- Partner portal accounts: your login details, the orders and order sheets you create, and, for approved partners, the account information needed to serve you such as your account code, agreed pricing and discount, balance, ledger and invoices.
- Job applications: your name, phone number, email, city, the role you are interested in, your experience and employer, any message you write and the CV you attach. We use it only to consider you for work, and you can ask us to delete it at any time.
- Chat and support: messages you send to our Techbot assistant and any reports you submit through our support tools.
- Technical information: your IP address, browser and device type, the pages you view and the dates and times of visits. This is collected through server logs, session cookies and, where switched on, the analytics tools described in section 6.
We do not knowingly collect information from children, and the site is not intended for them. We do not take card or bank details on this website.
3. How we use it
- To answer enquiries, prepare quotations and process and deliver orders.
- To set up and manage partner accounts, pricing, invoices and statements.
- To send you the catalogue, price list or other documents you asked for.
- To put you in touch with a TechNix distributor near you when you have asked for pricing or have downloaded our price list.
- To keep the website secure, prevent spam and misuse, and fix faults.
- To understand how the site is used so we can improve it.
- To meet our legal, tax and accounting obligations.
We contact you about your request and your account. We will not sell your information, and we only send promotional messages where you have agreed to receive them or where the law allows, and you can stop them at any time.
4. Who we share it with
- TechNix distributors: if you ask for pricing or download our price list, we may pass your name, phone number and email to a distributor in your area so that they can quote you.
- Our service providers: hosting and email providers, our accounting and ERP software provider, transport and courier companies, and the analytics services listed below. They may use your information only to provide their service to us.
- Authorities and advisers: where we are required to by law, or to protect our rights, and to our professional advisers under a duty of confidentiality.
If TechNix is ever restructured or sold, your information may transfer to the new owner on the same terms as this policy.
5. Where it is stored and how long we keep it
Information is stored on secure servers, and access inside TechNix is limited by role. We keep enquiry and download records for as long as they are useful for following up and for our business records, and partner, order and invoice records for as long as the law requires for tax and accounting. Partial application drafts that are never submitted are kept only for as long as we need them to follow up. When information is no longer needed, we delete it or make it anonymous.
If we supply customers outside India, some information may be sent abroad to complete that order. We take reasonable steps to protect it.
6. Cookies and analytics
The site uses essential cookies to keep you signed in, protect forms and remember your session. These are required for the site to work.
We may also use analytics and advertising measurement tools such as Google Analytics or Google Tag Manager, Microsoft Clarity and the Meta (Facebook) pixel. Where these are switched on, they collect information about how visitors use the site, and the providers may process it under their own privacy policies. Where we ask for consent, they load only after you accept. Pages used by signed-in partners and by our own team are normally excluded. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, but parts of the site may then not work.
