Since 1960 one Mumbai family has made rubber and engine-mounting parts the way workshops expect them: properly made, properly tested, and backed by a replacement guarantee. Three generations on, trust is still what we make.
One started the business. One leads it today. One is taking it to the world.

BSc Chemistry, MBA
Jatinder Singh Chandhok has taken TechNix from a trading family business to a recognised name in rubber and engine mounting parts. Under his leadership the range grew from a few hundred products to thousands, the company brought foreign technology into its own plant, and quality became the way TechNix earns repeat customers.
His approach is simple: understand what the vehicle needs, make the part properly, and stand behind it.
B.E Mechanical Engineering, MBA
Manraj Singh Chandhok, son of Jatinder Singh Chandhok, leads the next chapter of TechNix. He is ambitious to take the brand across the globe, and wants buying and partnering with TechNix to be as easy as it is for anyone in the world’s best-served markets.
This website is his vision: a modern platform where distributors, workshops and online sellers can find the right part, see the range and become partners with far less effort than before.
The brand has been built slowly and carefully, one part and one customer at a time.
Manjit Singh Chandhok started the company in Mumbai in 1960. The family has worked in the rubber trade from Shalimar House in Girgaum ever since, with more than sixty years of experience in rubber parts for Indian vehicles.
The TechNix range started with about 300 products and has grown to more than 5,000 parts, covering the cars Indian drivers actually own, from Tata, Maruti and Mahindra to BMW, Mercedes and Porsche.
Hydraulic engine mountings became the flagship. Complex mountings can need up to fifteen moulds and fifteen to twenty components, especially on German cars.
Instead of only importing, the family worked with technology partners abroad and brought that know-how into its own plant, so that quality parts are made in India.
Today TechNix is certified to ISO 9001:2015 and is an official TecDoc data supplier, so workshops and distributors can identify the right part with confidence.
A digital catalogue, a partner portal, direct supply to e-commerce and workshop partners, export markets and the move towards electric vehicles.
The ambition for TechNix is clear: to spread the brand beyond India and make it the first international name in its field that customers anywhere can find, trust and buy.
